FOZZY Shares Music Video For New Single ‘Spotlight’
All Of Chris Jerichos Exits From WWE, Explained
Since then the band has played seven shows in the UK and one in Ireland. With the cancellation of the Swansea gig, Fozzy has two remaining UK dates; one in Nottingham on December 11, and one in London on December 12. Whether Jericho recovers in time to make those shows remains to be seen, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted. “Sandpaper”, the lead single from “Sin And Bones”, features a guest appearance by AVENGED SEVENFOLD lead singer M. Jericho would wind up in NJPW before finding a new home in AEW, decisively ending his back-and-forth stints with WWE. With Jericho being so committed to the WWE, with many returns despite the love he had for his music career, this was a huge surprise.
Suddenly, you have a whole new audience of people who had never heard of Fozzy or maybe they had heard of Fozzy but had never heard a Fozzy song. That’s when you start getting all the main stages of the festivals, gigs with Nickelback, and gigs with Iron Maiden. There are a lot of bands out there, so to stand out, you have to have a little bit more of a presence.
Fozzy To Perform ‘Judas’ Live At AEW All In
During his time as an apprentice with Premier League Kicks, Kieran had the opportunity to help out with a number of other Saints Foundation projects, including Saints Switching Play. This project uses targeted interventions for young people who are involved in offending behaviours, or at risk of getting involved. While the primary function of PL Kicks is to give young people a safe space to play football and engage positively with their community, the sessions have also become a place to spot and nurture leadership potential.
The band has recorded five consecutive Top 20 singles, but fans across the world know that the benchmark was set high with FOZZY’s 2017 breakout hit “Judas”. It’s a great time for the wrestling business because there is an option, an alternative, which we haven’t had in 20 years. For me, I grew up a teenager wanting to be in a rock ‘n’ roll band and wanting to be a wrestler. Now, here I am with the biggest name I’ve ever had in both cases, as a wrestler with AEW which is revolutionizing the whole business and with Fozzy being on the verge of going to the next level after we already jumped 5 or 10 places in line! It’s really cool for me and it’s the culmination of a life’s work.
Much like the great producers of all-time, like Bob Rock when he gets ahold of Metallica or Mutt Lange when he gets ahold of AC/DC; it’s the same thing with Johnny Andrews. He really gets into Fozzy’s mindset and really figured out how we can explore all of these groovy, heavy riffs and melodies that we’ve always had and make them much more accessible to a mainstream audience. I think we’ve really found and established that formula over the last two ChatGPT App records but most specifically with the “Judas” album. And last week, Jericho dropped Judas, his seventh album with his hard rock band Fozzy. What started as a goofy classic metal tribute has evolved into a legitimately popular hard rock act — the title track is closing in on the Top 10 of Billboard’s Mainstream Rock chart, making it Fozzy’s biggest hit to date. “Judas” was such a huge record for us because it took us completely to another level.

It’s a full-out assault on your eyes, ears, brain, and remaining senses, as Jericho braves the elements. “The concept was to design an exciting drone show based on the ‘Spotlight’ lyrics, and bring the drone performance to life directly behind Chris Jericho. The end result is a thrilling music video that took months of planning and programming to make possible,” said Firefly Drone Shows Co-Founder Ryan Sigmon. Finally in March 2009, Fozzy was working on their 4th and most recent album, “Chasing the Grail” and their new track “Martyr No More” will be featured as this years Royal Rumble theme song. But I finally wrote something nice about Chris Jericho. The sold-out UK leg of Fozzy’s “Save The World” world tour kicked off n Liverpool on November 29.

The title track has been streamed over 100 million times on major streaming platforms, earned Gold RIAA status, and was sung word-for-word by 81,000 fans when FOZZY performed at AEW’s record-breaking Wembley Stadium show. It was a fairly scripted show but anytime you get someone like me involved, I throw my own ChatGPT little variances and nuances into it. It was so well written and funny, I didn’t need to do a lot of improv but I definitely add in an element of my own feel or vibe into it as well. It is just like being in a rock band and playing a song live, sometimes you want to change it up a bit and try different things.
I believe it has been 16 countries we have toured at this point. For example, how to be a better band or how to open up crowds who might not know you. A lot of the shows in Europe, we had never played a lot of those markets and countries before. In situations like that, the people just watch you for a minute if they are not familiar with you.
We know how to put on a great show and make sure everybody has a great time. It’s a very exciting time for us and we’re really excited about the potential for the future. I always wrote the lyrics for Fozzy and with the last record I submitted 14 songs. Johnny Andrews is such a great writer that I thought, “Johnny’s such a great writer. Why am I taxing myself to write stuff that’s not as good as what he’s writing?
“It’s the first country where we were ever really big and our last tour of the UK in November was the biggest we’ve ever done. I think Wembley is going to be monumental because it’s our first time with AEW and any time we go over with Fozzy, to see the band continue to grow, it’s just amazing to me. “The main thing is that my focus has been no Oxycontin, no painkillers,” Ward added. The single for “Spotlight” demonstrates Fozzy’s evolving sound, melding rock and metal with powerful emotion and musical might.

I had a little bit of jet lag and it was about 5 o’clock in the morning. I see an email, which is from Iron Maiden’s manager, asking if we wanted to do a show in September. This was back in November, so I was a little confused. ” [laughs] I was like, “Well, I didn’t think you actually meant Iron Maiden!
The track was helmed by FOZZY’s longtime producer Johnny Andrews (THREE DAYS GRACE, ALL THAT REMAINS, HALESTORM) and sonically refined by mixer Jacob Hanson (VOLBEAT, AMARANTHE, ARCH ENEMY). They are still one of my favorite bands of all-time. To be invited to play a stadium show with Iron Maiden is an absolute honor. It’s funny because we were in New Zealand at the time I got the email.
The concert will be FOZZY’s biggest to date, and completing a killer lineup, they will be joined by special guests MASSIVE WAGONS and the KRIS BARRAS BAND. August 25 will also be the on-sale date for FOZZY’s yet-to-be-announced February 2024 U.K. The London show will take place on the same weekend as the AEW “All In” event at Wembley Stadium, with Jericho appearing in the biggest event in AEW’s history alongside FOZZY’s biggest ever show. I have been doing it for over twenty years in wrestling.
Mercedes Martinez Still Signed With AEW
Of course, he has since gotten the image filled and replaced, but it is still a representation of a bygone era. The rise of The Rock was a highlight of the Attitude Era and a big part of how the industry bolstered in popularity for a lot of fans, and The Rock’s iconic bull tattoo helped keep that nickname of “The Brahma Bull” going for so many years. Tattoos serve as a way for someone to show their personality while etching special imagery onto their bodies.
You can foun additiona information about ai customer service and artificial intelligence and NLP. The same thing goes for the recent shows we played with Nickelback, which was an amazing experience for us. Their fans really have the same vibe that Fozzy fans do. That’s what I mean, in regard to your previous question, we would never have had these opportunities before “Judas” came out. Now, here we are getting a completely different spectrum of opportunities and huge bands asking us to play with them from Nickelback to Iron Maiden and everything in between. I think that’s a pretty good barometer of the type of band we are.
As previously reported, FOZZY will release a new single, “Spotlight”, this Friday, August 25. Jericho, who will also wrestle at “All In”, revealed earlier today (Tuesday, August 22) that he and the rest of FOZZY will perform their hit song “Judas” — which he has been using as his AEW entrance theme — at this weekend’s event. FOZZY, the band fronted by wrestling superstar Chris Jericho, will perform at the “AEW All In” wrestling event on Sunday, August 27 at Wembley Stadium in London, England. “We will have live music on the weekends, fun interactive promotions throughout the week, new featured menus every quarter to consistently bring new flavors of food and drinks to light up those taste buds.” “Enemy” is the first single off the group’s third album, “All That Remains”, available now on SPV Records. The CD was produced by Rick Beato (SHINEDOWN, CHARLIE MARS, INGRAM HILL) and features guest performances by guitar legends Zakk Wylde (OZZY OSBOURNE, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY),Marty Friedman (ex-MEGADETH),and Mark Tremonti (CREED, ALTER BRIDGE).

When we finished the record, we knew it was the best thing we had done but you never know how other people are going to feel about it. A year later, “Sin and Bones” is our highest charting record ever, our best selling, most critically acclaimed and most beloved to the point we play seven out of the ten songs live! All of them go over amazingly; to the point I am not sure which ones we are going to drop when we do another record!
- The track demonstrates FOZZY’s evolving sound, melding rock and metal with powerful emotion and musical might, epitomizing FOZZY’s commitment to rock superiority.
- “I firmly believe this is the third best album of our entire career!! (Of course I think it’s our best… but I always wanted to hear a band say that.) So crank the volume and hold the ‘Boombox’ up to your earholes!! It’s gonna be a wild ride.”

- Over the years, with the things I have done, if there have been things I have done and people didn’t like it, hated it or that I couldn’t do it, I just never listened to that.
That’s why I got along really well with Lemmy, because anytime he brought up a story about, let’s say, Chuck Berry, I could add to that story and give him some information that he didn’t know. Or if he’s talking about obscure British comedies, I’ve seen them, so I could come back to him with quotes that other people might not know. “Spotlight” was helmed by FOZZY’s longtime producer Johnny Andrews (THREE DAYS GRACE, ALL THAT REMAINS, HALESTORM) and sonically refined by mixer Jacob Hanson (VOLBEAT, AMARANTHE, ARCH ENEMY). The track demonstrates FOZZY’s evolving sound, melding rock and metal with powerful emotion and musical might, epitomizing FOZZY’s commitment to rock superiority. Never falling short in creating innovative, imaginative videos, “Spotlight” is no exception in the FOZZY universe. Filmed by Exceleration Media and Firefly Drone Shows, the groundbreaking video features hundreds of live drones that light up the night sky to co-star in this first-ever drone show music video.
The riffs of Rich Ward have always been very hooky, groovy and crunchy. I think lyrically, more than anything, we are singing songs that people can relate to. Whereas, in the past, we had those types of more emotional based songs but there was also a lot of songs about war, serial killers, dungeons and dragons and fozzy logo that sort of stuff. That’s always fun to write about, but it’s the emotional songs with lyrics that people can really relate to that are the ones they are more in tune to and get excited about. “Judas” had that, “Painless” had that, as did “Drinkin With Jesus.” Now, with “Nowhere To Run,” it’s the same thing.
